DOULA SERVICES

After three pregnancies, different birth experiences and helping friends through their own experiences, I found an additional passion for helping women through the journey of pregnancy, child birth and the fragile postpartum period.  So, in April of 2022, almost 1 year after I had my third baby, I became a certified Doula.  I can't wait to provide you with the educational, emotional, mental and physical support you need to feel empowered through your experience.

The COMPLETE BIRTH DOULA SERVICE PACKAGE ($1200) :

• 2 prenatal visits with you and your partner

• Guidance writing your birth plan

• Access to a local and online resource list

• Continuous phone/email support from date of hire through birth and two weeks postpartum

• Continuous support throughout your labor and through 1-2 hours postpartum

• Immediate postpartum care and assistance breastfeeding, if desired

• 1 postpartum visit with you, your partner and new baby :)
