Low Pressure Fitness is a training system that combines the basics of hypopressive technique, myofascial stretching and neurodynamics. The body’s muscle chains are trained without increasing intra-abdominal pressure.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING HYPOPRESSIVES?

There is a reduction of intra-abdominal pressure, activation of the deepest spinal and lumbo-pelvic postural musculature and myofascial tension is normalized (Normalizes joint mobility and improves posture). The diaphragm lifts, there is a decrease in intra-abdominal pressure, waist line goes in, organs elevate, pressure in the pelvic floor decreases and the pelvic floor muscles activate.
